Greta Nolan is an accomplished business woman, philanthropist, and co-founder of Four Inc.
Greta has achieved critical success over her 30+ year career in the information technology industry, with initiatives ranging from providing mainframe software and solutions to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Social Security Administration to delivering computer peripherals to commercial entities.
Greta co-founded Four Inc. in 2006 and has since guided the company, which has been involved in numerous important initiatives that resulted in delivery of critical information management, cloud, and industry solutions to numerous federal agencies through complex financial structures. Greta is most proud of the Four Inc. team. In her words: "Our biggest strength at Four Inc. is the employees we hire. We look for people with integrity, a strong work ethic, and amazing character along with the appropriate skill set." Greta's number one mission is to create a unique company that is not focused primarily on Four Inc.'s profit margin.
Greta earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University.
Jeff Nolan manages Four Inc.'s operating units and is the senior strategist for the firm's financial services business. Jeff co-founded Four Inc. as its Chief Operating Officer. In his role, he has managed the company's growth into the federal services and information technology finance businesses. He is a recognized expert in federal IT procurement and contracts management. He has developed IT acquisition methods through the use of various financing methods and has created several alternative financing models that are "bleeding-edge" within the federal acquisition arena.
Prior to co-founding Four Inc., Jeff spent over 20 years in the federal IT contracting industry with companies such as Northrop Grumman and TRW. He specialized in contracts management and was involved in billions of dollars worth of transactions featuring nearly all types of information technology. Jeff is the author of several white papers including, "Lifecycle Cost Containment," "Enabling FOUR Parties to Benefit," and "Bridging the IT Acquisition Gap between Public and Private Industry." Jeff is a graduate of Cal Poly University with a degree in Operations Management with emphasis in Statistical Analysis and Quantitative Methods.
Matt Carullo is the Chief Financial Officer at Four Inc. and is responsible for the company’s overall financial management function and activities related to managing the firm’s Information Technology creative and structured-finance business. Matt leads day-to-day information technology investment decisions and plays a key role in the creation and maintenance of the firm’s enterprise license agreements as well as critical business partnerships. He is responsible for the development of creative financial solutions, the raising and deployment of capital, and the design and oversight of the firm’s portfolio of large financing transactions.
Prior to joining Four Inc., Matt was a consultant at Booz & Co. in the commercial and public sector management consulting practices. He worked on large information technology strategy projects in support of customers in the automotive, oil and gas, and energy sectors.
Matt earned an MBA with honors from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Virginia. Matt resides in Vienna, Virginia with his wife Carrie and their four children.
Susan Anderson manages Four Inc.'s financial accounting and reporting function and serves as Senior Controller and Compliance Manager. As Senior Controller, Susan oversees cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, tax planning, treasury, vendor credit management and manages accounts receivable/accounts payable operations.
Susan also manages Four Inc.'s Small Business Administration 8(a), state, local, and federal compliance. She ensures that Four Inc.'s financial disclosures and regulatory compliance remain timely, transparent, and efficient.
Susan joined Four Inc. after working for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management and has worked closely with Four Inc. senior leadership since her arrival. Susan holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Mary Washington. Susan lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband Tim and identical twin daughters.
Gabe Berthe serves as the Finance Manager supporting Four Inc.’s Financial Services Practice. Reporting to the CFO, Gabe’s responsibilities include evaluating new financed sales opportunities, conducting supporting analyses, and generating transaction documentation. Prior to this role, Gabe served as the company’s Strategic Program Manager responsible for management of several key contracts and initiatives. Since joining the company, Gabe served as a senior analyst and project manager on all of Four Inc.’s major service engagements and has provided capture support on a wide variety of the company’s new contracts with the Federal Government. His professional background is rooted in project management, contract administration, information technology consulting, data analysis, and technical writing.
Gabe graduated with honors from Berklee College in Boston and has since continued his professional development, obtaining his Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. Gabe is a northern Virginia native who now lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife Inna and their three daughters.
Bree Burk manages all sales operations, procurement, and contracts administration functions as the firm's Operations Manager. Bree helps Four Inc. maintain excellent customer service by overseeing Four Inc.'s customer and partner delivery teams while working closely with IT manufacturers on key programs and opportunities. Bree also manages all purchasing and contract fulfillment functions along with general operations for the company. Since joining the company in February 2010, Bree has contributed to the Four Inc.’s tremendous growth.
Bree graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Communication. Bree lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband Tommy and their son.
Alex Porfirenko serves as the Program Manager for Strategic Programs where he manages the firm’s IT services engagements. He currently represents Four Inc. onsite, as the Program Manager for the U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Services (CHESS) contract. The project scope includes Department of Defense and Army enterprise-wide hardware,software, and services support for contracting officers' representatives.
Prior to joining Four Inc. Alex worked for E3 Federal Solutions and HMS Technologies providing acquisition support services for the US Census Bureau and US Patent and Trademark Office (respectively). Alex also has a background in the Management Consulting Industry where he completed over a dozen projects with Fortune 500 companies.
Alex is a graduate of Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service where he majored in International Security Studies and earned an Honors Certificate in Russian and Eastern European Studies. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Contracting Officer's Representative-II (COR-II) and a graduate of ACT-IAC Voyagers Leadership Program. Alex resides in Arlington, VA with his wife Catesby.
Chris Harvey serves as Four Inc.’s Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for oversight of FOUR’s sales team focused on revenue growth for the organization. His role includes building, developing and managing the sales team and delivering results against an annual sales plan as well as developing new relationships with partners, vendors and customers. In addition to managing the sale organization he works closely with both government agency customers and IT manufacturers to ensure a high level of customer and client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Four Inc., he worked at immixGroup and GTSI, where he was responsible for developing and managing relationships with enterprise software vendors. Chris has held sales manager and sales roles for various high growth internet companies.
Chris graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife Kim and their three sons.
