Greta Nolan

Chairwoman

Greta Nolan is an accomplished business woman, philanthropist, and co-founder of Four Inc.

Greta has achieved critical success over her 30+ year career in the information technology industry, with initiatives ranging from providing mainframe software and solutions to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and Social Security Administration to delivering computer peripherals to commercial entities.

Greta co-founded Four Inc. in 2006 and has since guided the company, which has been involved in numerous important initiatives that resulted in delivery of critical information management, cloud, and industry solutions to numerous federal agencies through complex financial structures. Greta is most proud of the Four Inc. team. In her words: "Our biggest strength at Four Inc. is the employees we hire. We look for people with integrity, a strong work ethic, and amazing character along with the appropriate skill set." Greta's number one mission is to create a unique company that is not focused primarily on Four Inc.'s profit margin.

Greta earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola Marymount University.

Jeff Nolan

Chief Executive Officer and President

Jeff Nolan manages Four Inc.'s operating units and is the senior strategist for the firm's financial services business. Jeff co-founded Four Inc. and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. In his role, he has managed the company's growth into the federal services and information technology finance businesses. He is a recognized expert in federal IT procurement and contracts management. He has developed IT acquisition methods through the use of various financing methods and has created several alternative financing models that are "bleeding-edge" within the federal acquisition arena.

Prior to co-founding Four Inc., Jeff spent over 20 years in the federal IT contracting industry with companies such as Northrop Grumman and TRW. He specialized in contracts management and was involved in billions of dollars worth of transactions featuring nearly all types of information technology. Jeff is the author of several white papers including, "Lifecycle Cost Containment," "Enabling FOUR Parties to Benefit," and "Bridging the IT Acquisition Gap between Public and Private Industry." Jeff is a graduate of Cal Poly University with a degree in Operations Management with emphasis in Statistical Analysis and Quantitative Methods.

Susan Anderson

Director of Finance & Human Resources

Susan Anderson manages Four Inc.'s financial accounting and reporting function and serves as Director of Finance & Human Resources. As Director of Finance, Susan oversees cash flow management, financial planning and analysis, tax planning, treasury, vendor credit management and manages accounts receivable/accounts payable operations.

Susan joined Four Inc. after working for Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management and has worked closely with Four Inc. senior leadership since her arrival. Susan holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Mary Washington. Susan lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband Tim and identical twin daughters.

Chris Harvey

Chief Revenue Officer

Chris Harvey serves as Four Inc.’s Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for oversight of Four Inc.’s outside sales team, focused on overall revenue growth for the organization and complex deal structuring for partners and OEMs. His role includes building, developing, and managing the sales team and delivering results against an annual sales plan as well as developing new relationships with partners, vendors, and customers. In addition to managing the outside sale organization, he works closely with both government agency customers and IT manufacturers to ensure a high level of customer and client satisfaction.

Prior to joining Four Inc., he worked at immixGroup and GTSI, where he was responsible for developing and managing relationships with enterprise software vendors. Chris has also held sales manager and sales roles for various high-growth internet companies.

Chris graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He currently lives in Maryland with his wife Kim and their four sons.

Matt Carullo

Chief Financial Officer

Matt Carullo is the Chief Financial Officer at Four Inc. and is responsible for the company’s overall financial management function and activities related to managing the firm’s Information Technology creative and structured-finance business. Matt leads day-to-day information technology investment decisions and plays a key role in the creation and maintenance of the firm’s enterprise license agreements as well as critical business partnerships. He is responsible for the development of creative financial solutions, the raising and deployment of capital, and the design and oversight of the firm’s portfolio of large financing transactions.

Prior to joining Four Inc., Matt was a consultant at Booz & Co. in the commercial and public sector management consulting practices. He worked on large information technology strategy projects in support of customers in the automotive, oil and gas, and energy sectors.

Matt earned an MBA with honors from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Virginia. Matt resides in Vienna, Virginia with his wife Carrie and their four children.


Joanna Corcoran

Director of Marketing

Joanna Corcoran is the Director of Marketing at Four Inc. Joanna is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing all strategic marketing plans to align with the company’s overall brand, messaging and current business objectives. Joanna oversees the day-to-day marketing and creative coordination efforts of all channels including: Four Inc.’s website and social media platforms. Additionally, she is the key liaison with media organizations and advertising agencies, coordinates sales events, and manages the organization's internal communications to promote a positive work environment.

Joanna earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Studio Art. Joanna resides in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband Jonathan, and their two children.

Bree Burk

Director of Operations

Bree Burk manages all sales operations, procurement, and contracts administration functions as the firm's Director of Operations. Bree helps Four Inc. maintain excellent customer service by overseeing Four Inc.'s customer and partner delivery teams while working closely with IT manufacturers on key programs and opportunities. Bree also manages all purchasing and contract fulfillment functions along with general operations for the company. Since joining the company in February 2010, Bree has contributed to Four Inc.’s tremendous growth.

Bree graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Communication. Bree lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband Tommy and their two children.

Chris Wilkinson

Executive Vice President of Sales

Chris Wilkinson serves as Four Inc.’s Executive Vice President of Sales and is responsible for oversight of Four Inc.’s platform sales team to deliver consistent, differentiated services to drive the growth of its technology partners and customers. He works with Four Inc.’s technology vendors and channel partners to align their products and go-to-market strategies to serve the needs of their government customers. His role includes building, developing, and managing the platform sales team and delivering results against an annual sales plan and developing new relationships with vendors, partners, and customers.

Prior to joining Four Inc., Chris spent 16 years in the public sector IT industry leading sales and market development initiatives at immixGroup, and most recently served as President, DLT, A Tech Data Company. As President, Chris led DLT and Tech Data’s combined public sector strategy while overseeing DLT’s day-to-day operations, and he led DLT to growth year after year through three integration efforts in three acquisitions and mergers with Tech Data, Apollo Global Management, and TD SYNNEX.

Chris graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife Brittany and their daughter and son.

David Stewart

Chief Operating Officer

David Stewart serves as Four Inc.'s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the expansion of innovative and flexible payment solutions enabling Four Inc. to deliver the right technology solutions and services to its federal customers. David's role includes developing and launching new program offerings for Value-Added Resellers, Distributors, and OEM partners, all focused on bringing value to the government customer ecosystem.

Prior to Four Inc., David served as vice president and general manager of immixGroup, the public sector business unit Arrow Electronics. David has more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector and has a track record of identifying market opportunities, building a structure to take advantage of those opportunities, and nurturing consistent corporate growth and success.

David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Virginia Tech. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife Lisa and their two daughters.
