HERNDON - December 13, 2018 - Four Inc., a woman-owned small business providing innovative information technology (IT) solutions to customers in the government sector, was recently named 2019 Best Places to Work in Virginia. The annual list of the Best Places to Work in Virginia was created by Virginia Business and Best Companies Group.

This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Virginia, benefiting the state's economy, workforce and businesses. The 2019 Best Places to Work in Virginia list is made up of 100 companies.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an optional, anonymous employee survey to measure each employee’s experience in multiple areas including but not limited to: corporate culture, communication and workplace fulfillment, commitment to diversity, as well as income-related satisfaction. Multiple employees wrote comments emphasizing that both the Executive Management Team and individual managers excel at making each employee “feel valuable and part of the Four Inc. Family.”
