This contract is for Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES) Software, offering a range of commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) software solutions. This contract supports products that both are outside of the scope of all other existing Army-wide Enterprise contract vehicles and possess active Certificates of Networthiness (CoNs) granted by the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). Products offerings, categorized into four functional catalogs: IT Utility and Security, Modeling and Simulation, Multimedia and Design, and Program and Development, are all necessary for the Army to satisfy the Army enterprise infrastructure and infostructure goals.
