Overview
DoD ESI has awarded a SEWP ESI Catalog for JFrog software products which includes: software license, subscriptions, maintenance, support, and services to support Information Technology (IT) operations across the DoD enterprise.
Who can use the Catalog?
The ESI Catalog is open for ordering by the “DoD Departments and Agencies” on a world-wide basis. “DoD or Agencies” includes the Intelligence Community (IC) and the U.S. Coast Guard. SEWP or other applicable ordering agencies /organizations, ordering on behalf of the DOD and/or FMS, are authorized to place Orders under this BPA and must comply with DFARS 208.74. Government contractors performing work for a DoD Component may place Orders under this BPA on behalf of and for the benefit of the DoD entity if authorized by their cognizant Contracting Officer in accordance with the requirements of FAR 51 and/or DFARS 251 as appropriate.
